Yay for Chuck! And I would love to get that recipe from you sometime. Stroganoff is easy:
Brown 1 lb of ground beef with one chopped onion
In a pot mix 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, and 1 cup of sour cream.
Mix in the ground beef and onions.
Serve over rice or pasta.
Oh, and p.s. your pumpkin cheesecake was absolutely delicious. Thank you for sharing it with us!
